Aim and Scope The Journal of Kyrgyzstan Studies (JKS) aims to publish original empirical research, theoretical analyses, and reviews that examine Kyrgyzstan’s social, cultural, historical, educational, and political structures through scientific methods. With a regional studies perspective, the journal promotes the production of scientific knowledge on Kyrgyzstan.
